The Provider Services Contact Guide redesign is one of my proudest achievements. The original document was a ~40-page behemoth that providers reported was confusing to find the contacts they needed. I led a redesign effort that reduced the page count by more than half, made contacts easier to find, and reduced burden on providers and the organization alike.
